I was so excited to try this set, but the box arrived looking like it had already been opened. I opened it up and looked at everything and found multiple potspans with stains and discoloration. Having now handled these, I really do not like this stainless steel. Its like nails scraping a chalkboard! I tried starting the return process and the only options were to keep these for a 25 discount or Wayfair can send me another set. Are you serious I do not want another set! And I do not want this set! In my experience, Wayfair has always been good at returns, thats why I order from them! Very disappointed in this situation.

This may be user error as this is my first set of stainless steel pans, but everything sticks. I have tried using a light coat of oil and heating them up before putting food, but no luck.
