Beautiful. Replaced one I had, made in France, & unfortunately was Teflon coated & haven't used it in years. So glad to have my pancake griddle again!

About This Product

This 11.25" Non-Stick Griddle is made with a strong, ceramic copper coating that is non-stick and scratch-resistant. When seasoned as per packages directions, your food will slide right out of the pan! No scrapping, no scratching needed. Little to no oil, butter, or grease is needed while cooking, allowing you to cook healthier home-cooked meals. It does not contain any PFOA or PTFE which allows for a healthier overall cooking experience. It is oven safe up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. It works on all stove tops except induction.
