I love my Nordic Ware pans. I’ve had a few for several years and when these came on sale, I didn’t hesitate to jump in and buy the ones I wanted I had hoped to make some Buche de Noel cakes to pass out to Family this past Christmas, but fate had other plans for me. However, I am looking forward to making them next Christmas

Made it many times using the marble cake recipe that came along with the log pan instructions. Delicious. Photos feature a version with frosting and one version without. Beautiful details either way.

This pan was delivered right on time and was an essential part of my Yule celebration - I chose to make a chocolate fudge cake, and baked it for 35-40 mins or so. Once I took the cake out of the pan, it was complete perfection. It also baked thoroughly throughout, and my cake came out nice and moist. I didn't keep the original design of the cake right out of the pan, but it did slip right out without any issues or sticking. I did add butter to the pan before adding my mixture which also helps. LOVE THIS PAN, and definitely recommend it.

Love the look of the pan. Plan on using it alot next Christmas season. Havent seen this pan anywhere else yet.
