Beautiful set, good quality, appearance is exactly as pictured.

This is a nice set and expensive. I just bought a third set to make it a 12 place setting. Be aware that it does not come with soup bowls but with cereal bowls: completely different. But I got lucky they're the ones I wanted. Also I would not trust it in the microwave, because of the gold rims. In the description it mentions contradictive information: at one place it says microwave safe and at another it says not microwave safe!!! I am sure it is not microwave safe.
