Stainless Steel Candy Thermometer

Love this! I've used it for melting sugar for Italian buttercream. So far the temp is perfect and I like how it has markers for different sugar consistencies, like soft ball or hard ball, so you don't have to memorize the exact temp needed. Also I like that the thermometer extends really low so it works on shallow liquids.

quality piece. easy to store. protective covering to avoid breakage.

Thank God I found this on here. I have been trying to get my fudge candy to a certain temp and never could find a thermometer that worked well. This is the best and I definitely recommend it. The side clip is a definite plus too.

Nicely made & sturdy. Clips to Edge of pan but pan needs to be deep. Good product
