Wood Pull Out Drawer

Nicely made but much smaller than I expected. I am trying yo think of where to put it. I have purchased many pull outs over the years and this one is made well and the installation process looks quite simple.

It is a great little drawer. But.....the dimensions are from the outside not the inside. It barely holds dinnerware. Nothing larger than a knife fork spoon. Sure shame on me for not being more aware of dimensions. The drawer itself is great. It is solid wood and comes with a great pair of sliders. I will definitely find use for it. Just not for the project at hand.

Rebrillant’s Vallarie Wood Pull-Out Drawer (3”H x 21.5” W x 10.5”D) is “almost” exactly what I’ve been looking for, to use as a jewelry drawer fitting a 16” deep, 24” wide half-closet system, half-DIY walk-in master closet. The overall idea is to use premade, velvet inserts inside this type of drawer. After a lot of research, this size drawer is impossible to find unless custom-made, and after adding an insert tray would cost 1K - 2K. I couldn’t justify that cost. This drawer is fully assembled except for rollers, nicely made, and sturdy with the soft-close feature that I love. At 10.5” deep, it’s a bit shallow, but another inch and a half or so will be used by the front frame I install to match the closet system. Bonus it comes with an installation template for either a frameless or wood-framed front. I hope to find additional deeper drawers with more options, but am very happy that I at least found this wood drawer to start. Rebrillant, bring on some closet-system-size drawers! Recommend.

Very heavy for such a small drawer. Suitable for short items. Tall bottles topple over when drawer is pulled out to full extension. Wood is smooth and attractive. Easy to assemble. Be sure to measure space precisely. Barely fit.

The pullout drawer looks good. It seems well built with screws holding the joints. It comes with a paper template that makes installation pretty easy. The soft closing slides are nice, but a little tight when you first pull the drawer. Overall, I’m happy with it. I wish they’d had more sizes in stock.
