The only issue I have is that the probe is quite long, which makes it an overall length of about 10.5 inches. It works. I’d recommend it.

It is very accurate according to our smoker’s probe thermometer. It is extremely easy to use and extra long for our large cuts of meats. We can even use it while grilling in the rain because it is waterproof!

Loved that it came with its own little screwdriver so you could take off the back and put the battery in, which was also enclosed in the package. Used it to make my corned beef for St Patrick’s day and it worked great, very easy to read and had no problems with it. Will definitely get a lot of use out of it.
