I love this pan. This is the first ceramic pan I have owned and as my existing pans need replacing I will be getting ceramic! Easy to clean and nothing sticks! Pan is sturdy and seems to be wearing well.

Love it, looks pretty too

I bought this saucepan in May 2021. It's served me greatly for 3 years. It's well crafted and perfectly sized for my style of cooking. But after 3 years of use, the inner coating began to fail and exposed the metal underneath the coat. Part of the reason why I bought the saucepan, despite its high cost, was its claimed lifetime warranty. I contacted Wayfair to submit a warranty claim, but they directed me to the manufacturer. I contacted Tramontina and supplied the photos of the failure. This is the response I received: "Our lifetime warranty covers products to be free of any manufacturing defects at the time of purchase. However, it does not cover wear and tear, overheating, warping, and/or scratches in the coating. After reviewing your pictures, your case looks to be wear and tear, which is not covered by our lifetime warranty." If the warranty is limited to manufacturing defects at the time of purchase, is it really a lifetime warranty? It should be limited warranty at best. No where in the product's page does it specify what the lifetime warranty is limited to and I suspect most customers have the same interpretation of 'lifetime warranty' as me given its high price point. Pretty misleading and I'm disappointed at Tramontina.

Arrived very quickly and is an exceptional cookware pan.
