The Incanto dishes are lovely, however two days after placing the order WF put them on sale and I spent about two hours in their chat room trying to negotiate the lower price. First, I was told they could not find the sales price on their website, so I sent them their link of the items on sale and was told I'd hear from a supervisor and then was discounted from their chat, also chat would not allow me to print the transcript. WF's customer service sucks...

I love my Incanto Lace dishes, but I was disappointed that the plate size is European and not American (slightly larger). It would be helpful if the website would clarify that. Since I bought a whole set, I decided not to send it back because the plate is smaller that I expected.
