Zavor Lux™ Edge Multicooker

Although we've only used this once so far, I am so far so beyond impressed with this purchase that it isn't funny. We opted for the Zavor Lux Edge from Wayfair rather than the more ubiquitous Instant Pot, and I have no complaints.... the Lux has plenty of programmed cooking one-touch cycles, as well as manual pressure and slow cooking, saute, steaming and browning, and the manual pressure cooker and saute presets worked perfectly fine for us, raising to preper temperatures quickly and turning out a wonderful garlic honey chicken the first time out. The lid completely removes for easy cleanup, and the inner container is stainless steel and dishwasher safe, too! Another plus is that the sealing gasket is held in place by small metal holders in the lid so it shouldn't eventually slip downward-- which is a normal problem with some of the cheaper models of electric pressure cookers, and put us at ease. The 6-quart cooker was easily big enough for our family of four-point-five. We would have been overwhelmed by the 8-quart one. But when looking to buy, keep in mind that you shouldn't ever fill these more than 2/3's full, or half full of expanding food like rice and beans.

I have only used regular stove pressure cookers before so this electric one was a little different but SO MUCH easier to use. I didn’t think it came with a lot of recipes (it only had a little booklet in the box) but then I realized there was a link where I could download an entire recipe book with over 100 recipes. I’m so glad I got it before the holidays, it will make cooking for my family and guests so much less stressful!

I’ve used this several times and have not been disappointed! It has many functions from a rice cooker to a slow cooker to a pressure cooker. You can also steam your vegetables in it too! It was very easy to use, the control panel makes it easy to find and set with the buttons. The meat comes out so very tender, I made chicken thighs in it, and they were the best I ever had! My roast and potatoes came out so moist too. I HIGHLY recommend this product.

I have owned a similar product different brand and have it away after my first attempt to use it because the instructions were not complete. With the LUX Edge that is not an issue. I made the most amazing Burgundy Beef Tips with rice last evening. I spent Sunday steaming vegetables and making other dishes. Meal prepping could not be better using this. Love, Love, Love!!!!

It is easy to use, and I can make my family hot, delicious meals, without spending hours in the kitchen. It even comes with a small recipe book, plus a downloaded e-cookbook with a ton of recipes for this multi-cooker. I love that the inside pot and rack are dishwasher safe making cleaning it a breeze.

I love to use it for rice and other amazing reciepes. This kitchen gadget has become my new best friend. I love how it is so easy to use and cleanup is a breeze. I really like how you can adjust your temperate all with a click of a button. I really think the twist to lock and unlock the lid is a nice feature. You can also use this to saute your veggies, onions and more. This will replace several different kitchen appliances. So worth every penny.

I love the pressure part of the crockpot and i use it several times a week even made a very trnder Turkey in it . Its very easy to clean and carry and u can use it anywhere and food taste great its has multiple different settings for cooking,steaming all types of food i love it.

Then I made rice on it, and it was done so fast. This is such an easy machine to use you just have to follow the instructions for certain recipes. Brown rice takes longer than white rice to cook and this works prerfect but need to pay attention to the timing. Love the fact that I can turn it on and it will change itself to warm once it done. This is perfect for anyone looking for a product that can minimize time cooking and do ahead of time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Any meat you cook in here comes out juicy. This is so surprising because how quick its ready. Being able to brown in the same pot makes a 1 pot clean up. Browning is a must to add more natural flavor. Unfortunately the other day my husband burned the bottom with another pan. I hope it won't effect it. I messaged zavor to make sure. I was so excited to get it and use it. I have so many food ideas. Not only for meat!
