I love my wooden knife block.

Very happy with this purchase, not too many knives - just enough for every day use. The 4 larger slots (which is hard to find) easily accommodates a standard 2-2 1/2" chef knife. Loved the more modern styling and also love that it hugs the back wall a little more than a standard block.

Great value as this block is large. It also has a unique shape and overall design. Can hold up to 10" blades in far back slot. Finish had some nicks and small gouges which was disappointing.

It's a very nice knife block. We haven't had it too long but so far so good.

I have purchased Zwilling Pro knives over the years. This storage block is perfect for them. The angled slots are perfect to hold the curved bolster. There is more than enough room for my collection.

This is a nice quality wood block made especially for Zwilling Pro knives. This is a great way to build your own set. Just a note: depending on the space between your counter and your top cabinets you might have a hard time pulling out a 10 inch chefs knife without pulling the block forward beyond your top cabinets.

Pro series knives are not shaped like other knives, they are forged with a curved bolster that is designed to provide the most comfortable pinch grip for your thumb and forefinger. But because of the angle at the bolster they do not fit straight in a standard block. This block is designed with an angle so that each knife profile, from your shortest paring knife to your longest slicing knife, sits straight and snug in the block. This block has a gorgeous smooth finish plus a spot for a honing steel and shears.
