The stand mixer is great and does its job! I was super excited to try the product and at first, I had a hard time trying to lock the utensils to the over shaft. The instructions are not really clear so I had to troubleshoot multiple times to figure out how it locks. Make sure to push the utensils when you are trying to lock it in place. Besides that, everything was easy to set up and my dough came out nice and smooth. My cream loaf bread came out moist, soft and delicious and it helped me to reduce the kneading time significantly. The machine did came with some scratches on top, so deducted one star, but overall, it is a great product and very useful stand mixer. Hanna. Bronx, NY. Sun Jul 06 2025
