I am not going to lie I was very skeptical of the removable handles. Well, they are genius! The whole set is pretty light so the idea you can cook and remove the handle and use as a serving dish is the best idea ever. The small skillet is the only one with a non-removeable handle. The lids are interchangeable except for the small saucepan and small skillet. The refrigerator/storage lids are also amazing and fit on everything but the two large pans. These are triple use, cook, serve and refrigerate with the nice lids without handles blocking the space. The storage, when not in use, comes with these separators that make it nice so you don't scratch the surfaces. The click on handles are a breeze and don't need much else but click on and click off.
