Good grief! I like them alot. It was nice to have it sent in it’s own little stainless steel tray and that it was secured in said tray well and didn’t move any. However, the packaging was a nightmare. It took nearly an hour to get the zip ties off. And several pieces of flatware were scratched in the process. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are beautiful, but the packaging caused small scratches on the bottom of the lowest level silverware. It is from the contact of the silverware to the metal holder & not from shipping. If the silverware was wrapped or if there was a soft layer between the silverware and the holder it would be perfect.
