The lantern head itself is fine but the thumb screw caps that cover the screws were missing. I have requested a replacement...and have submitted photos of where on the lantern they go and the ONE screw cap that was discovered in the bottom of the box. I want to be sure I receive 2 caps replacement because they need to match. Hopefully they will come. Also, the bulbs I was advised by Wayfair to purchase were not correct. So now...another week to late. Customer service was most accommodating, however. They get a 5 star rating.
