Finial Traditional Toilet Paper Holder K-115920

The first one they sent had a scratch, but Wayfair made it right and sent a replacement out right away. This whole collection is very good quality. Each piece is very heavy and the lines are beautiful. The color of the rubbed bronze is particularly nice.

The Finial collection adds a traditional style with a contemporary twist with its simple lines. I used the french gold toilet lavatory faucets, tissue holder, towel bar, and mirror with Kohler's flights of fancy decorated sink in a powder room. I am delighted with its elegance!

I am laughing that after being precise with our installation that we can’t get the toilet paper onto the holder. I’ve read the other reviews and they are correct. I’ve always purchased Kohler products and have been please until this. Dear Kohler, do not tell me you put a lot of research into the design because this is an epic fail!! We read directions provided as well as all specifics on the website. Measure twice, cut once has now left us with wall repairs.

I purchased the Finial toilet tissue holder in rubbed bronze. The finish was not as nice as the other pieces in this color. It looks out of place and to be of a different quality from the other pieces. Also- VERY poor design. It is not large enough to fit the roll of toilet paper. We have to use up part of the roll before we can even put the roll on the holder!!! This was an expensive mistake on our part.- Hope others do not have to spend the money to learn what I learned.
