Our umbrella came with one of the rib end connections broken off. The pole and hub are metal, but the framing and ribs are made of plastic. (description made no reference to plastic) We returned the umbrella to Wayfair with a fast refund. And although the item we bought was less than stellar, as a whole our experience was very positive. I’ll continue my search for another umbrella. One without plastic this time.

Disappointed. Just opened because our patio set was delayed and found a tear at the top of the umbrella. Box was undamaged. Also not happy with the color. Ordered Pacifica Red and is definitely more orange than pictured.

The umbrella has a good quality. It’s heavy and long lasting use but my only negative about it is it doesn’t come with a base so I have to buy it separately.

Umbrellas are great. 11’ wide and over 100” tall. Also they have fiberglass ribs so they have a gentle arch. Unlike metal ribs. Can not believe how accommodating Wayfair was in helping me find the right umbrella. Bought 8. Great return policy. First style didn’t work and went back Thanks Wayfair!

i bought the umbrella, base(also this brand) and the dinning set here on this website. you may see the same photo in related products' reviews. i am really happy for the purchase. the color and quality are both good. they make me believe i am having a good life. lol.
