Not a good purchase. A little wind and the roof area is all bent and the tarp is just flapping around

Fast delivery, easy to put together. Overall for the price it is exactly what I expected.

Not through putting it together and can't because there are missing pieces, the M and N pieces. The boxes were torn upon their separate arrival, days apart. Originally was supposed to arrive September 2nd, which was great and in time for Labor Day. Nope, did not happen. The first box arrived, but without instructions in first box that arrived and instructions in second box that arrived (after Labor Day) several days laterr are not clear, just pictures. Boxes look like they were previously torn open and retaped. Wondering if returning this thing is going to be as big of a pain as trying to put it together was. I want a refund and don't want to pay shipping fee to return. I don't even want to have the hassle of having to return product. Very disappointed. VERY.

I need help , this awning did not make it thru one rain we had , I have video of it , it broke ! Need help

Not exactly the size. Not waterproof. Not very sturdy and where the arches connect, they sag. Front and back rails com in 3 sections and the integrity of structure is lacking. Velcro straps are almost not long enough.
