Beautiful sofa and very comfortable!

I had a white glove delivery for the Brunswick couch. The delivery/assembly team brought the couch in, in pieces. Started putting it together, realized they used the wrong bolts for the wrong spot and stripped the screw heads out trying to get the screws out. The just shrugged their shoulders and said “Wayfair sent the wrong bolt package, so you have to call Wayfair.” They left the couch in pieces in my pool house living room and left. When I read the included directions, I saw that there was only 2 longer bolts for a certain place on the couch and those were the ones they used and totally messed them up. Horrible service. Also I ordered Navy Performance in the sofa and rocker. The fabric colors were completely different when the pieces arrived.

So far its been great. Shipped quickly, packaged very well. Parts are well made, assembled very easily, and are comfortable. Looks great, hopefully teak holds up, but plan to seal or treat it. Instructions come with some details about this, so you have some options.
