Its beautiful an we love it. The direction could be a little clearer, it took us several days to get ours together but in all honesty we are two 60 yr old folks. This 12x20 patio was our big project for this yr.

Arrived in 3 separate boxes over 5 days. Many scratches but I didn’t want to return it since it’s now out of stock. Contacted customer service who said they would send touch up paint. Perfect. Now today they left voice messages saying they won’t do that and asked what parts I want replaced . It’s been put together so I will have to take care of it myself. No call back number

I love this and it is high quality. It took time to assemble, but well worth it. I just sold my house and it was one of the things the buyers insisted to be included (and they were willing to pay for it).
