Dear Wayfair, The ordering process was good, delivery on time, but my item I ordered was damaged! I ordered a sign and the right upper corner was damaged. The corner of the sign was scraped down to the metal and the corner was also bent. Unfortunately due to the urgency for the use of the sign we did not have the option to return it. This is our company's first time using Wayfair and not a good first impression. We understand things happen and will give it another try with Wayfair. Thank You, Jamie Papas Select Parking Systems
