It hasnt even been a year since I bought this, yet it has already cracked. I simply cannot wrap my head around how this could have happened. I contacted them, but they refuse to replace the product or refund my money. Do not buy this product everyone is having problems with it. Many people are experiencing this exact same issue with the Arzum Okka coffee machine.

I love the design and functions but item stopped working after a few weeks and I could not receive a replacement nor refund.

I ordered the OKKA Rich Spin in the copper color, and it’s absolutely gorgeous! The design is very elegant and the copper finish gives it a rich, luxurious feel. It looks amazing on my counter and feels high-quality. I’m really happy with this purchase — definitely worth it if you love Turkish coffee in style!

This is beautiful!!! Small-so it doesn’t over take your space! I’m waiting to get my coffee so I haven’t tried it yet, but can’t wait to sit down and enjoy a nice cup of coffee!
