the product sticks, I followed the instructions and it didn't cook; it sticks horribly. I don't recommend it.

Competing brands don't match Oster's use of time-proven heat resistant and non-conductive heavy-duty bakelite with a stainless case. Bonus feature is a temp/time control. This one should last years

I love mine! I've had it for a few years and it works great! The waffles come out perfect, it's simple to use and easy to clean.

The wiring shorted and I was nearly electrocuted. This appliance has a metal case but has no safety ground. It appears to be a design flaw or possibly quality control.

This waffle maker does NOT make crispy waffles. The top of the waffle is not at the same temp as the bottom - it cooks unevenly. No issues with sticking but do not recommend it.
