Great quality. I used it in my outdoor wood oven and it can easily handle 800 degree Fahrenheit temperature. I would totally buy it again.

Very solid roaster. Tried it out this Christmas and it was amazing, large and sturdy. The rack inside allows you to cook a larger bird no problem.

The roaster was amazing. solid build, did a prime rib roast on it, everything came out perfect, the roaster was stove top safe as well. cooked the dripping right in the roaster and it was easy to clean too. after wash, it looked brand new. (only note, it was a big roaster, i was not aware the size, overall still happy with the product

Cooks efficiently and cleans up well, some traces of heat marks where the gas elements were heating the pan while making turkey dripping gravy

The pan is great, solved our air flow issue in our oven. The rack is very high quality. My only issue is the rack is very low to the surface of the pan, meaning if you mean to roast veggies below the roast, there isn't any space to do so. You'd have to use the perimeter.
