The experience was difficult. Unfortunately I needed to return the sconces and Wayfair did not identify the process in any email, nor were there instructions in the package. Instructions say to "use your account" which I did not set up during the order process. Having no password it was hard to access that info. Return info does not provide enough information about shipping methods, cost etc. I ended up calling, waiting for some time only to be told I needed to send pictures to qualify to return fixtures. Sorry Wayfair, this experience was very unsatisfying. Would give one star.

Love the look of these lights. Can't wait to see them installed.

Looks fine. Will be installing soon.
