The shipping and delivery went great! It’s just the quality of the chandelier is questionable! The directions that were included are questionable- I ended up using the Wayfare app to put it together. The company did NOT include enough crystals to finish putting the chandelier together. I am waiting for another chandelier to finish putting it together Finally got the chandelier installed and it looks phenomenal! . who knew scheduling an electrician took a while Now, I just need to return the second chandelier.. overall the customer service is great At Wayfare !

The chandelier has four rows, on which you need to hang glass decorations. It may take an hour. The chandelier is exquisite, each detail has a beautiful picture. We only need to buy and screw in the lamps. And it will shine! We are thrilled with our choice, thanks Wayfair!

This chandelier took my husband and I a while to hang this chandelier. We hung the frame first and then hung the glass pieces onto the frame. It took about 4 hours in all. We are old, so take that into consideration as well. It comes with extra pieces of glass in case of damage. It is an 8 bulb light, so I only used 25 watt 2700K soft warm bulbs. It gives off plenty of light. I think I would have preferred soft cool rather than warm lightbulbs. When you sit at the table, the lightbulbs arent glaring into your face because the glass pieces hide them well enough. We are very pleased with the chandelier, and it makes quite a statement.
