Same as last two reviews written in June. What was shipped is not the cover shown in the catalogue. This is not suitable for a cantilever umbrella and does not have a velcro strip to allow a temporary wide opening for slipping it on and up from the bottom. Is wayfair running a scam?

This specifically says it is for a Cantilever Umbrella and that it comes with a Velcro strap. Neither of these are true. I had to return as it was simply fabric with a hole in the middle, which doesn’t work for cantilever umbrellas!
