Ordered April 5 2025. The only thing great about this canopy is the size adjustability (my primary reason for buying) and the metal frame. The product description states the roof is a polycarbonate roof but it is cheap plastic. When I read that the roof is polycarbonate I expected that it would be sturdy and can hold up to rain and snow. When I received it and saw the quality of the roof I knew this was going to happen. I'm not surprised it got trashed on the first snow fall it got. DO NOT BUY THIS - unless you don't get snow or you absolutely need the adjustability AND don't mind having to replace the roof (which I'm sure I'll have to do at my expense). Update with pic: June 7, 2026. It's the beginning of summer and here's what's left of this pergola roof after one winter (see last pic).

Overall I like the pergola. Unfortunately a few pieces were slightly bent in shipping and I didn't know until near the end of construction. A few screws were missing and others were very cheap and the head broke off. The instructions are all pictures, no words, and not always very easy to understand. Many parts numbers are only labeled on the packaging so don't open anything until you get to that step in the directions. Other than the construction issues, I like it. It looks good and seems like it will last awhile.

Poor assembly instructions. No text. Only pictures. Very flimsy materials that bend easily. Don’t know what I am going to do if something breaks after warranty is over. No way to order replacement parts.

It was easy to put together for me and my 15 year old son. It looks very nice and is sturdy. It does leak a little at a few of the seams of the roof panels but we may not have placed enough silicone in the brace to seal it correctly.

I am very happy with the quality product for the price. Definitely recommended to anyone
