I ordered and the first time it arrived they were all misshapen and bent. The box was all beaten up and they had not been packed with ANY padding or anything to protect them. I requested to return and get another set. Wayfair was great and sent out another set that arrived way more quickly than the first. However, I had the same issue with the second one. They also werent packed well, but they were less damaged than the first set, and because Wayfair allowed me to keep the first set, between the 2 I have a pretty decent set. I gave 4 stars because in perfect condition, these are soooo cute, and also for Wayfairs easy customer service. If they had arrived the first time appropriately packed and delivered in good condition, it would have definitely been 5 stars.

These decorative trees were great for my company holiday party. The only problem was that they packaged them in boxes that were too small. Most of the trees were bent or damage damaged when I got them.

This is my first negative feedback on Wayfair, where I love to purchase things. The tress are very cute but they were literally thrown in a box with no protection and arrived very bent up. My husband was able to bend back (somewhat) the two larger ones but the smaller one broke in half when he tried. This is not Wayfair fault but be aware you may have same issue.

Beautiful addition to Christmas decor! Good quality. Arrived undamaged.

These trees are definitely a must have for the holidays.
