I had high hopes for this mattress, given the Wirecutter reviews, but it ended up with a divot pretty quickly. Haven't attempted to try to use the warranty because I just don't have time for a project like returning a mattress and finding another one. It's not the worst I've ever slept on, but definitely not the best.

Before this purchase, I used to wake up with aches and pains almost every morning. Since switching to this mattress, I sleep like a rock and wake up feeling rested, refreshed, and energized. It has the perfect balance of softness and support. Not too firm, not too plush. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!

Ordered, it was delivered, and so far it’s been wonderful. We at first placed it on a box spring and when reading the instructions, which clearly state not to do that and rather use a foundation, we ordered a foundation and tossed the box spring. The mattress comfort improved even more and I’d highly recommend buyers to follow the guidance. Good quality sleep, I feel like the mix of soft and hard is right, maybe a soft firm level of firmness. We’ve just welcomed our second baby and sleeping just 1-2 hrs a night total on such. Comfy mattress has made a difference!

After months of researching, we finally found the perfect mattress for our new king bed. My husband and I are sleeping better than ever, and my back pain has eased. Wish we had gotten it sooner! I thought we would want a firmer mattress, but this one has the perfect amount of softness and a gentle cradling feel while still being super supportive. Delivery took a couple days longer than expected, but we purchased during a holiday promo so that was to be expected.
