I had high hopes for this mattress, given the Wirecutter reviews, but it ended up with a divot pretty quickly. Haven't attempted to try to use the warranty because I just don't have time for a project like returning a mattress and finding another one. It's not the worst I've ever slept on, but definitely not the best.

Love it!

I originally purchased the Natural Hybrid mattress and loved the two side rows of 15.5-gauge coils for support on the sides. However, it didn't have the same support at the head and foot of the mattress, so I asked which of Leesa's mattresses had that 15.5-gauge support on the sides and the head/foot. A rep recommended the Sapira Hybrid mattress, stating it had the same “double row of support coils around the entire permiter. ” Imagine my surprise upon delivery that the Sapira Hybrid only has 14.5-gauge support, not the two side rows of 15.5-gauge I asked about. And I notice the difference. Other than that, the mattress is great.

The Matress is very comfortable, but isn’t great at dissipating heat and sweat from multiple hot flashes. My back and other joints are much happier than they were with my old mattress. I wasn’t pleased by the misleading sale advertising and “I know it can be confusing” excuses. However, I was ultimately given a reasonable rebate.

I’ve only been sleeping on my Leesa for about a week. I messed up and didn’t have it set up when delivered and it took awhile to get help to get it set up. It’s VERY heavy. It’s comfortable-no off gassing that I noticed either. I did purchase a topper for a more cozy feel. The mattress seems to already be getting softer as it breaks in so we’ll see how it goes. So far I like it.
