The desk is pretty good!! I feel it's been a really nice upgrade based on what I had. BUT! There are two major flaws: 1- There's no space for mounting rack gear! Since the table (see pic 2) extends under the mounting rack, and the mounting angle is pretty steep, gear won't fit because it will hit against the table. I.e., the Apollo x8p does not fit even in the higher level of the rack. Anything lower than the 2nd gear -from the top- is impossible to mount. So the desk ends up having lots of space that's unusable. If you were planning on buying this desk only because of the chance to have your devices mounted on it, forget about it. UNLESS you're willing to do some DIY with cutting part of the table, this is out of the question. 2- The screws included to mount whatever device you manage to fit on it are a pain. It's just an Allen type screw with a nut. So securing the gear is beyond frustrating. Since they are threadless mounting racks, this might be the only option to secure your stuff. With that being said, the desk was $299.99. I don't think you can ever dream of having such a lovely desk for that price tag. So take this "4 stars" review as it is. I would definitely buy it again, but it's worth mentioning those flaws that kind of take some purpose away from the desk. Apart from that, it feels solid enough to hold my old digital 88keys piano and a bunch of gear.
