I was unhappy before my delivery was even shipped. I ordered the island and was only then notified that it was out of stock and I had an 8-9week wait. Fortunately, it shipped sooner than that, so I checked the website again only to find that it was almost $50 cheaper. I called immediately to make sure I got the cost the day that it was shipped since you aren't charged until then anyway. Wayfair refused to honor the price but offered a 10% discount on next order if used in the next 2 months. No. I will not order from Wayfair again after that. The island on the other hand is nice. Chips easily when adding the screws so move slowly. I definitely would have been happier at the lower price.
