They are really nice. I bought them for my sons apartment.

I bought two of these stools for a second home where they will get light use. They were easy to assemble (except for one bad screw that sent me to the hardware store for a replacement) and surprisingly comfortable. They seem sturdy, but I don't know how well they would hold up to heavy use. Overall I'm quite pleased.

After less than eight months of normal residential use, the upholstery stitching began pulling out and unraveling. The rest of the stools remains in ok condition, so this appears to be premature seam failure rather than normal wear and tear. Prior stools that were the same from different company lasted 3+ years. Wayfair refused a replacement, refund, store credit, repair reimbursement, or manufacturer escalation because the purchase was outside its short eligibility window. They also could not provide direct contact information for seller so could not contact them. Very disappointing product quality and after-sales support. I would not recommend these stools or this company!
