I ordered this recliner for my RV. Upon arrival the product went to a RV service for installation. Prior to installation, the servicer noted I received 2 left sides of a recliner chair. On Friday 6/12/26, I called customer service twice to express what I needed and the time frame it was needed. The customer service representive stated the she understood my request and needs and would place an order from my replacement asap. On Saturday morning I receive an email stating my replacement arm would be delivered a week from today. I would like to also state, this is the incorrect part. I needed the whole right recliner due to how the product is made. I spoke with Glen on today and I was told a replacement recliner would not arrive until June 22. I was advised by Glen that I could purchase something locally. However, after explaining to Glen that you can't use any furniture in a RV due to weight and door accessibility. Glen was explained that I have a trip planned for 1 1/2 week and would have to cancel because somewhere to sit in and RV is important. After all is said, my replacement will be here next week. I have to cancel my trip and wayfair claims they can not get the right product to me. I have wasted time and money. I have had to transport the product to the service location. Wait for the replacement to arrove. Transport the new item back to the service place and pick up the incorrectly shipped item and send it back. My interaction with wayfair customer service was horrible. I would never recommend wayfair or this manufacture to anyone.

Nice setup it took me a little while to put it together but very satisfied.

This was the perfect replacement for recliners in our travel trailer. Like the console with the outlets for charging, but also love that the console folds up which would allow a third person to sit as well. The recliners are comfortable as well.
