If I could give this product 0 stars, I would. This item arrived completely damaged and unusable. I purchased it ahead of an upcoming move, so by the time I opened the package and discovered the issues, I was outside of the 30-day return window…which is absurd considering I was sent a completely defective product. The door arrived as a pile of loose wooden pieces rather than a functional door, and many of those pieces were damaged. The track and rail hardware were also damaged and unusable. There is no way this product could be assembled or installed in the condition it arrived. Save yourself the frustration and do not purchase this item.
