Top is metal but vents are cheap plastic. One broken on arrival

The floor vents were just what I was expecting. They are more of a rubbed bronze then black but matched the rest of the vents perfectly. I have a 4 star because some of the vents were damaged, not in shipping but the flaps to open and close the vents were broken on a few in my pack of 5. However Wayfair is hopping me out a new box totally hassle free.
