The tankless hot water heater was with the new built home. The consistency of hot water is good. However, do not like the timer unit , much prefer the on demand WiFi buttons in the three bath room.

The feature I like the most is WiFi connectivity and recirculation. I can set a desired temperature and schedule recirculation so that I can get hot water fast when I need it.
