[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that this faucet is easy to clean as my fingers fit well around the curves. This faucet uses less water than my previous model, and still has great pressure. I like when I wash my face, the arc allows for good clearance for my face and hands. The handle is easy to open and close. Aesthetically, this is a very attractive faucet with the satin nickel finish and sleek curves.
However, there are several areas that could be improved on. When the faucet is open with full pressure, a fine mist does splash back out of the sink. The water lines were not labeled out of the box, so my husband had to guess how to connect them. My husband had issues getting the aerator adjusted properly, and the 'key' to adjust it was deteriorating in his attempt to fix the spray pattern. I was not happy that this faucet did not come with a deck plate. This vanity was unfamiliar to me (I recently moved into this house), so I did not know I would need to acquire a deck plate to cover the 2 unused holes prior to installation. Customer service was not very helpful at recommending a supplier for the deck plate. I discovered the deck plate for this model is not available at big box stores, only specialty kitchen and bath shops, which would have significantly delayed installation. The best alternative I could come up with in a timely manner was to use sink hole covers instead of a deck plate, which I'm not thrilled with aesthetically.
Overall, this is an okay single handle faucet.
