Please read this review through. It will save you from what I just went through. This sideboard was delivered via white glove delivery this morning. It is NOT AT ALL like what you see in the pictures from Wayfair. This sideboard has the top and sides WHITEWASHED. Nowhere in the description does it state this. Not only is it white but it’s the most horrendous job imaginable. There are white paint drips down the front lip of the top, there are areas where the whitewash was done incorrectly so it looks like someone wiped the paint away in areas. There are nailheads visible on the top and front of the sideboard. The right door bows so that the top bows in and the bottom bows out. The wood is unfinished except for the whitewashed areas. Since it was not sanded properly there’s cracks that are lifting on the top. The wood in the front starbursts have splinters due to the wood not being finished or sanded properly. When I opened the doors I was greeted by cracks in the wood on each side that someone smeared wood putty into. The doors don’t close properly due to them being bowed. The doors do not sit level so one door is higher than the other. The tops of the doors were not planed straight as you can see in one of the pictures I posted. This causes you to have to push the doors hard to close them and then tug on them to open. I’m in Florida so I can only imagine what will happen with the doors sticking when it gets humid. Even the delivery man chuckled and said, "yeah this is some seriously rustic piece". I was horrified when I inspected it. Dealing with Wayfair for this issue was horrible. A few weeks ago I received a damaged dining room chair and the gal I spoke with was amazing. Immediately she set up a return and replacement delivery. With this sideboard I felt like I had to fight for a refund. At first they offered me replacement parts. Seriously? It’s ONE PIECE. You can’t send "parts" when the whole item is damaged and not as described. Then I was offered a furniture repair person who can "restore it to original pristine condition". That would be impossible and the only thing he could do to fix it would be to light it on fire! I have to find the humor somewhere in this. Finally Ebad told me he would start a refund after I threatened to return the $10k plus in items I’ve purchased in the last month from Wayfair for my new home. The icing on the cake was telling me to donate or dispose of the sideboard because they weren’t going to pick it up. So now I have to hire someone to take this garbage out of my house. Please, for the love of all that is holy DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

This a very high quality side board. It has high design. I would only improve it by offering a glass piece to protect the top
