I would not have purchased it if I knew it was going to come in a small box with 1 million pieces. This took 10 hours for my technician husband to put together for me! Definitely regretted purchasing this. When I purchased it, it said I would have white glove service, and when the delivery guys got to my door, they said that that was discontinued. The desk itself is heavy and seems to be good quality. The only thing that is a joke is the white round stickers that you’re supposed to cover all the nails with.

Wayfair has the best customer service people. My issue was resolved immediately. I love the desk but is is actually brown not black.

I have ordered many items from Wayfair and have been extremely happy. Not sure what is going on with the company. The last two items have been disappointing. Not the typical Wayfair customer service. I will definitely not be ordering from Wayfair in the future.
