I was nervous about ordering the "open box" option but it turned out better than expected. There was minor wear and tear on the legs and a broke off piece on one of the leg bottoms but a furniture oen helped cover it. The one complaint I have is the hardware was loose in the box and we had to shake the box to get all the washers and screws out.

Great chair for the price! After about 10 months of use we sink down into them a bit more but they otherwise are holding up well to kids and cats. Someone even spilled ketchup on them and it cleaned up well. If you’re on a tight budget, these are great.
