Attention to details was missing...kind of sloppy looking. The first one ordered was damaged upon arrival due to how it was packed. Wayfair was very kind to send another one with my submission of photo of damage as one of my exchange or replace choices. Even though the replacement wasn’t damaged, it was disappointing. BUT the $$ spent were not excessive.

Perect sise for the chair I needed it for size and color were as stated in description.

I love the ottoman! Delivery was on time for great family football gathering at our house. I needed the extra seating! Perfect color and great quality.

Get what you pay for, I suppose. A leg is cracked on one of the two ottomans I purchased. Can't contact Wayfair via email, not satisfactory!

This ottoman gets balls of fabric beading up on it so we had to throw it away. Bought a second one and had the same problem. The ottoman is well constructed the fabric is not a good choice for one that has friction.
