Perales Solid Wood Piece Bedroom Set

I was promised full service and to assemble my bed today and have not received any information on what time someone would arrive today to put up my bed. Spoke with ALisa a supervisor and was told I should receive an email later yesterday never did this is unacceptable and not to be tolerated.

Beautiful bed. Some of the carving is cracked but that is okay as it’s wooden carving. Overall heavy duty and solid. Delivery and assembly guys were great and pleasant too!

The process of buying this bed is particularly tortuous, the right leg has cracks, but the overall is quite satisfactory, mainly like this look
