The corner was broken and the wood molding was cracked. This looks like a manufacturing mistake because the broken corner was painted.

Arrived today without a scratch. Beautiful piece of furniture. Pretty enough to be a sideboard in a dining room. All wood construction, quality hardware and a nice satin finish. Very happy with this purchase. Great value. Pros: No assembley required. Quality all wood furniture. Great value. Cons: European Gold lighter than color swatch.
