Upholstered Counter Stool with Metal Frame (Set of 2)

I was excited about these stools, but they took 3 weeks to arrive and then three of the four were damaged upon arrival. The Replacement order was lost for another 16 days and a second replacement request had to be made. One of the replacements was also damaged. After 2 months, we are still waiting to get a set of 4 quality stools. Very disappointing, given they cost 320 each. Much could have been prevented with better packaging and quality controls for these high priced items.

Attractive stools that are well made, sturdy (welded, solid wood) and not too heavy. They are nice furniture, not screw together, particleboard junk. Nearly perfect, but I'm deducting a star because 1 of the 3 we ordered was scratched/dinged up upon arrival, and because the legs aren't square (slight wobble) and they really should ship with protective covers for the stool feet at this price point .

We recieved these chairs 4 days earlier than expected. Nice surprise. Well packed. All metal was wrapped. They are sturdy and look great. The legs have a minor leveling issue (all 3 have same issue) which makes us think its how they welded the frames. Some minor scratches on the metal that a black perminant marker took care of. All in all - good value, substantial product. Happy with them.
