The looks of this bed merit 5-stars but, after ONLY SIX WEEKS of extremely quiet use, the “footboard” of this bed has already begun to crack. This was expensive and I was hoping it was a long-term investment. Please advise about your repair/replacement policy!

Absolutely love it! I got the honey color, queen size. It’s a solid, durable piece of furniture. They recommend a full 9” box spring, but that was too high with a 9” mattress, so I went with a 5” box spring and 9” mattress and that felt a lot better. White glove delivery and set up was great!

Very solid frame. The biggest issue we had was not being aware that this bed needed a box frame. I assumed it came with slats to support the mattress, but was told that was not the case after contacting customer service about the issue. After having the frame for a month or so we have noticed a couple spots where the wood is splitting, but it's nothing that is deteriorating the sturdiness of the product. It is purely cosmetic, and nothing I am overly concerned about.

We absolutely love this bed. Its very well constructed. Very solid and easy to put together.
