This sideboard is beautiful. Wood grain with a silverware drawer liner inside, nice hardware, and shelves to store your things. I love the height-hard to find in a sideboard and the soft curved edges. It's very pretty and I like how it looks in our dining room. HOWEVER, the delivery process has been a nightmare. The original delivery date was delayed from the initial 10 days to 28 days. Reason was it was damaged in transit. Then when it was finally delivered, white glove, the hardware was missing for the lower shelf. Customer service was called-shockingly, there was no expedited process given the hardware was missing and we have been waiting a month for the piece.. Naturally, it took another week before the hardware shipped and then it was a full 2 weeks before it finally arrived. AND IT ARRIVED TODAY BUT IS THE WRONG HARDWARE! How can this be so hard? When I asked for a credit for the inconvenience, I was told no. Sorry for you! I wouldn't order from Birch Lane again unless you want your furniture in a few months. Logistics are not their thing, clearly.
