Dining Cabinet

This should have been very straightforward to assemble. I've put together complete sets of desks and cabinets for my office. Unpackaging took at least 15 minutes so I was socked to find that 2 pieces were damaged, but in places I thought shouldn't show so we proceeded to set up. You have to be very visual to follow the instructions as they are pictorial only. Not too bad if you've ever assembled this type of furniture and if you're intuitive. If not, forget it, there isn't a single written instruction. Next came a dowel hole drilled too close to the side so it blew out. After that, we encountered a cam lock hole that was drilled an inch to the right of where it should have been so we removed the screw so we could proceed. Unfortunately having to omit those 2 parts have caused the whole unit to be unstable so when we went to attach the doors, they can't be properly adjusted as the cabinet shifts right to left and causes the doors to rub! To add insult to injury we weren't able to use the light kit as this product is manufactured in France and the lights came with a European plug! The only things I like about this unit is the size and color.

Love the cabinet. Challenging to assemble because parts are not marked, but turned out beautiful.
