Overall, I have to give 4 out of 5. Only because I was sent Europlugs aka type c plugs (for my lights) instead of American plugs. Also, the directions are not user-friendly. I say this because the parts arent labeled so this will result in a lot of trial and error. I also added exactly 12 inches to the bottom of each glass tower to provide the look I wanted to achieve. Other than that... I absolutely love this and my wife who had her doubts, absolutely loves it... that alone should make it a 5 out of 5! This was a great edition to our game room, as you can see the kids love it as well! The work and patience were worth it. I love the lights! Everyone, are always amazed when they see this!

Very dissappointed in regards to not having assistance in putting the product together. I hired task rabbit and they were not able put it together. The product is not numbered and was not easy 2 put together. Product still not assembled.

I never recieve garbage like that, it waste me a lot of time to install because of no letter mark on each deck, and also I suspect the quality.

Am so disappointed with this wall unit,am 5"4 and my eye level is over this all unit, how can a wall unit be this small. For the price this is very over price nothing like the pic.

Much shorter than I thought it looks the same it's cute but short
