These faux leather Z chairs by Wrought Studio are great. We purchased some a few years ago and love them. They are a sturdy chair and very comfortable. We get so many compliments on them. So we purchased a couple more. Would definitely recommend these chairs.

Love the style. In addition to the Z shape, these are tapered at the top and bottom making an even sleeker look. Plus the handle is a bonus, both for the design aspect and the function. However, there are some negatives... I was a little disappointed in the quality when they arrived & I saw them in person up close. Not that they're bad, especially considering the price. Just not quite what I expected. One example: while the bottom chrome foot piece is metal, the "chrome" handle is just plastic. Plus on two of them (I got 4 chairs total), the handle is scuffed. The dining chairs I'm replacing with these, were also Z style and they were all one piece. These need to be assembled. I had trouble lining up the holes for the bolts on the first chair, but it finally worked. All of the bolts are difficult to get started, even when the holes appear to be lined up. Also, even though the bolts are on the bottom of the seat, I was disappointed to see that they show. (They don't show in the manufacturer's pics, so apparently they didn't put the bolts in for their photo shoot.) Here was my biggest surprise: they are NOT comfortable! The seat feels like a piece of wood with basically no cushion. I can't believe how many reviews say they are comfortable. Apparently these people are used to sitting on a plain wooden bench. I'm used to dining chairs that have some padding - these are HARD. I'll put up with a lot for the sake of looks though, and since I like ultra-modern - even futuristic when possible, these go great with my space. (See pics.) So all that said, overall I'm happy - especially for the price.

It looks beautiful but rocks a lot but I think it is the design.
